Terms and Conditions

how to order

To make a purchase, browse through the catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy, select the appropriate options and then press the order button. The item will then be placed in your shopping basket. After you have finished shopping, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked to complete a few details that we need to complete your order. After we receive your order we will telephone you to confirm the details and take your credit/debit card information.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the gbeverleytailors.co.uk website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you access the website and/or place an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions please do not use the website.

prices and payment

All prices on the gbeverley.co.uk website (the website) are shown in pounds sterling () and are inclusive of VAT. Payment can be made by the following credit/debit cards - visa/delta, mastercard, switch, solo visa, electron and jcb. All orders must be placed through the checkout system of the website.


We aim to deliver your goods to you within 14 days of receipt of your order.We deliver anywhere in the UK, and BFPO addresses. (For other deliveries outside the UK please contact us for details)

All our mechandise is sent by Royal Mail special delivery (special delivery rates apply) which requires a signature upon receipt. Please provide a delivery address where someone can sign for the goods. If this isn't possible Royal Mail will hold the goods at your local Post Office for 7 - 10 days after which time they will be returned to us.

Postage and packing is charged at 10 for UK addresses and BFPO up to 2 Kilos. Further charges may be made for other orders, this will be advised when we contact you.

stock availability

We aim to deliver your goods to you within 14 days of receipt of your order. If the item you want is out of stock you will be contacted via your email address to give an accurate delivery date or advise on an alternative item.

returns and exchanges

You can cancel your orders without reasons, within 7 working days from the day after the day you received the goods. You will be refunded any amount you have been charged within 30 days of cancellation. However, in the event the goods have been delivered or despatched to you prior to cancellation, you must return the goods to us, and pay the costs of shipping. Any goods returned must be received by us in the same condition and, as far as possible, in the same packaging as when they were delivered to you. Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods.

If you would like an exchange/ alternative then please specify item code on the returns form. Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods.

If the goods are faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched a full refund will be made. Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods.

It is vital to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

complaints procedure
